Torque impactor can convert the fluid energy of the drilling fluid into the highfrequency circumferential mechanical shock energy, and directly pass the energy to PDC bit, so that the drill bit can cut the formation frequently and continuously without waiting for enough energy of the drilling rod torque, while the torque passed by the whole drill rod is stable and balanced, the torque can be completely used to cut the formation of no waste, which can reach the purpose of improving the mechanical drilling speed
