Water Spray Carbide Nozzles Drawing-based Customized Thhread Nozzle with Oil and Gas Industry Spray Nozzle
The cemented carbide nozzle is made of precision machinery and cemented carbide material (superhard alloy). Bending resistance reaches 2300N/mm and hardness reaches HRA90. When machining cemented carbide nozzle, we achieve precision grinding and surface treatment to achieve a hole roughness of Ra0.1 and a roughness of Ra0.025 at R at both ends. There is a scientific curvature radius design at the two entrances. This design can ensure the smooth passage of threads. Due to the processing of the whole material, there is no elevation on the drill hole. Compared with the ruby nozzle, it is easy to bend and block. Carbide nozzle is formed by hot pressing sintering of hot straight hole and mound hole. Due to its hardness, low density and excellent wear and corrosion resistance, cemented carbide nozzles have been widely used in sand blasting and shot blasting equipment, ensuring that the products can be used in the best air and abrasive for a long time.
