Cemented carbide nozzles are mainly used for cooling water and flushing mud for PDC bits when drilling. According to different design of drilling environment, different jet flow and hole size shape are selected
There are two kinds of threaded and non-threaded nozzles can be choosed accordind to different drill bits and interchangeablility requirements.. The non-threaded cemented nozzles are mainly used in tricone bit, while the threaded cemented carbide nozzles are used in the PDC bit.
Our product process can adjust as your needed standard such as AISI, ASTM, DIN, GB etc with professional dection export.We also provide different materials for stainless steel including 200 series, 300 series, 400 series. You can choose your products as you need.
