 Hard Alloy/Tungsten Carbide Tile Bearing Inner/Outer Top/Bottom Radial bearing for Mud Motor       

        Zonco have two technology for manufacturing TC bearings. One is Sintering process, the other is hardfacing process.    
Sintering adopt general high temperature vacuum furnace integral sintering process,simply say,inlaiding tungsten carbide tiles, solder and additives on the surface of TC inner and outer bearings and sintered at high temperature.it's a common choose among our clients.
Plasma surfacing uses the plasma arc as the heat source. The high temperature generated by the plasma arc is used to rapidly heat the tungsten carbide tiles and the surface of the stainless steel matrix and melt, mix, diffuse, and solidify together. After the plasma beam leaves, it is self-excited and cooled to form a high-performance alloy layer., so as to realize the strengthening and hardening of the surface of the parts,the working life is more than twice that of sintering process,so the plasma surfacing process is much cost-effective from the view of long term.
